Mollie, a PhD student at the University of Michigan, is a research dynamo and joins Exodus Consulting Group with experience and passion for people and diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts.

Dr. Jackie joins Exodus Consulting Group with over 25 years of experience in higher education and social work. AS a former community college president, she is a skilled strategist with a passion for planning and inclusion.

Sandy has worked supporting HR, Training, and DEI for over 25 years. She focuses on developing DEI strategic plans. With a passion to help as many organizations as possible, Sandy used this experience to launch Exodus Consulting Group.
