Overview:
Over the last few years, we have assessed the level of inclusivity in organizations. A primary component of the services we provide at Exodus Consulting Group (ECG) includes soliciting responses from an organization’s leadership through a survey. Our goal is to ascertain their feelings regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Further, we look to gain insights into their opinions regarding access and equity within their organization and whether members of the leadership team feel included and respected. We use the aggregated responses from our survey questions to frame our discussion in listening sessions with leadership members. This helps us contextualize the conversation in a way that is relevant to each organization.
